Kế Toán Tổng Hợp Biết Tiếng Anh/ General Accountant

Accounting & Finance :
• Drive the continuous improvement of end- to- end accounting practices. Support the month end closing process by reviewing the analysis of monthly & quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the management team.
• Monitor the cash flow position and ensure sufficient funds for operations needs
• Prepare financial statements according to Vietnamese accounting standards and regimes (VAS) and international accounting standards (IAS and IFRS).
• Maintain a general ledger that corresponds with Vietnam regulations. Maintain a general ledger that corresponds with Vietnam regulations.
• Support the Head of Finance in leading discussion with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Business team on key fluctuation Quarter vs Quarter/Month vs Month and comparison with Budget/forecast movements.
Tax Issues:
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT and TP) in time and accurate manner;
• Check the validation of all tax invoices;
• Follow up other requirements from Tax department and new laws on accounting.
• Ensure all tax payment is paid on the due date;
Audit Issues:
• Dealing with the auditors yearly for the final financial reports;
• Others daily and monthly duties requested by the Chief accountant or BOD;
• Obtain data from all departments to prepare management report;
• Work with Finance team in China HQ related issues to Finance and internal audit;

• Deep knowledge and experience in internal control and contract review.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities under tight deadlines.
• 5+ years of accountant experience, especially in retail, apparel or fashion industry.
• Familiar with relevant local rules and regulations; experienced in working with external stakeholders.
• Bachelor&039;s Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) is an advantage.
• Bilingual, Vietnamese is a must, with fluency in another language (English or Chinese), in order to liaise with counterparts in China HQ.
• Familiar with international accounting standards (IAS and IFRS).
