Accounting Duties:
Financial Record Keeping & Reporting:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Manage account receivable, including invoicing and collections.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers.

Audit & Compliance:

Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT…).
Work closely with Tax Authorities to ensure accounting practices align with regulatory requirements.
Proceed with the tax payments and related obligations.

Compensation & Benefits Duties:
Payroll Administration:

Process payroll accurately and timely, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime.
Manage payroll- related queries and resolve discrepancies.

Benefits Administration:

Ensure benefits enrollment and changes are processed efficiently.
Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Liaise with benefits providers and manage relationships with external vendors.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits data.

Minimum 2 years experience in a professional accounting role with an international- focus organization.
University degree majoring in Accounting.
Strong technical knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
Fluent in English – written competency is a must and verbal skills are highly valued
Understand Vietnamese accounting software (Smartpro knowledge is an advantage)
Chief Accountant certificate is preferred.
