This is a full- time, on- site role for a Talented General Accountant in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. This role is pivotal in managing an organization&039;s finances, overseeing accurate transaction recording, financial reporting, and strategic analysis. They ensure compliance with regulations, provide insights for strategic decisions, and play a key role in fostering the organization&039;s financial health and transparency.
Role Description

Responsibilities
• Ensure the organization has enough cash for daily business activities and orders.
• Handle company tax issues, including computation, filing, and reporting of taxes. Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure appropriate compliance measures are implemented.
• Translate data into deep business insights and make proposals to support the team in decision- making.
• Responsible for recording business financial transactions into accounting records.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss, and cash flow statements.
• Manage and monitor free cash flow by maintaining lean cost structures and efficiently managing working capital and capital expenditure.
• Business analysis: costs, costing accounting, benchmarking, margin analysis, profit centre measurement, building valuable metrics.
• Work efficiently across functional departments to achieve business priorities.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable of the business.

• 3- 5 years of experience in accounting
• Bachelor&039;s degree in accounting or finance
