KITCHEN COORDINATOR/ĐIỀU PHỐI VIÊN BẾP

Responsibilities:

Arrange for various meetings and take minutes.
Handles telephone calls and appointments.
Arranges the meeting calendar of the Executive Chef.
Handles all correspondence in and out of the office.
Coordinates the flow of information between Kitchens, Store, Sales and F&B Departments.
Keep the calendar constantly updated to facilitate appointment and meeting schedules.
Prepare, assemble and distribute various reports and documents.
Organize business travel arrangements and other duties as assigned.
Performs other duties assigned by the Executive Chef.
Establish and maintain various filing/records/databases of business contacts, trace pending items and follow up as appropriate.

Administration:

Fill out the appropriate log sheets according to our standard on a daily basis.
The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
The ability to display an interest in all kitchen and hotel activities and help colleagues when and wherever possible.

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a similar role with a five- star hotel.
Other: Excellent communication and coordination skills, computer skills, and Microsoft Office.
Education: University degree in any field.
Proficient in the English language.
