Knitting Manager

Ensure the knitting (sweater) machines are operated in compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
Propose solutions for process improvement, cost savings, and production efficiency.
Plan, organize, assign, and supervise manpower, machinery, and raw materials in the Knitting Department to fulfill orders.
Manage all operations of the Knitting Department in the factory, ensuring production plans are implemented on schedule and meet quality requirements.
Report regularly and on urgent issues about production to the Factory Director.
Coordinate with related departments (Merchandising, Planning, QA, Warehouse, Maintenance) to resolve issues related to raw materials, technical aspects, or quality.
Manage, train, and develop the knitting team to improve productivity and skills.
Monitor and control production progress and product quality, promptly handling technical issues or other related problems.

Good planning, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
Chinese language skills are an advantage.
English communication skills are preferred (for working with customers/overseas partners).
College/University degree in Textile/Garment or related fields.
At least 7–10 years of experience in the sweater industry with proven management experience in manufacturing factories.
Strong knowledge of knitting machinery (Shima, Stoll, or other sweater machines).
Strong leadership, people management, communication, and teamwork skills.
