LCL Business Development Manager

Design, implement and expand LCL products by strategic set- up of own consolidation box lanes and co- loading out lanes through co- working with the organization’s LCL co- loader partners. Participate and provide guidance in moving forward to the right direction from LCL market perspective
To achieve and maintain a competitive cost structure for the consolidation and LCL services
To coordinate the group efforts in establishing new LCL markets and trade lanes
Promote LCL business development internally.
To scrutinize and to be up to date on prevailing market conditions and competitors
Lead and build the strategy to get the competitive pricing and good products
Develop partnership with LCL co- loader partners
To work with ocean operations to initiate and implement procedures and systems establishing more efficient workflows
To establish and increase the multi country consolidation services/partnerships.

Excellent knowledge of LCL industry including the daily operation
Bachelor, college of foreign trade economic
High proficiency in data analytical, budgeting and business operations
Proven strength in strategical and conceptual thinking and design, implement and execute strategy
Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics or related
Strong leadership with proactive communication skill to demonstrate teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative
Good Computer skills (MS Office)
Knowledge of Transportation industry
Good in English
5 years of Ocean Freight Forwarding LCL experience in a managerial role
