We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mission.
What you will do
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our robust attribution platform. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate measurement and optimization of our marketing campaigns by:
Leading Attribution Platform Development:
Architecting and implementing scalable and efficient attribution solutions.
Guiding a team of engineers in developing and maintaining our attribution platform.
Collaborating with marketing and data science teams to optimize attribution models and provide actionable insights.
Enhancing GIS Integration:
Integrating GIS data with our attribution platform to enable location- based analytics.
Developing geospatial analytics capabilities to identify high- performing regions and target audiences.
Championing User Profile Management:
Overseeing the development and maintenance of our user profile database.
Implementing data enrichment strategies to improve user profiles and targeting.
What you will need
Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.
At least 8 years of industry experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience with gRPC and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
Strong programming skills in Java/Kotlin.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong problem- solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
Expertise in software design principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
Technical Skills
Experience with complex code bases and microservice architecture
Kotlin/Java, Redis, HBase, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and BigQuery
Solid understanding of software architecture and system design principles.
