Learning & Development Specialist

Organization and Implementation of Training:

Analyze training needs of departments to develop appropriate training programs.
Develop multi- format training materials (PPT, video, game, etc.) to enhance effectiveness and learner experience.
Plan and deliver training on various topics such as orientation, soft skills, and management skills.

Training Reporting and Management:

Manage the training roadmap for all employees according to their career progression.
Prepare reports on training activities for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation purposes.
Develop criteria to assess knowledge and skills.

Training Quality Assessment at Restaurants:

Develop action plans to improve training indicators at restaurants.
Conduct quality assessments of training at restaurants based on standards.

E- Learning:

Monitor courses on the Group‘s LMS platform.
Adjust and update e- learning course content according to Group standards.
Develop e- learning course content in various formats.

Other Duties:

Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior manager.
Develop and implement activities to promote a learning culture.
Participate in performance management tasks assigned by senior management.

Skills in creating training data reports.
Cheerful and outgoing personality.
Specialized knowledge in the training field.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient in English communication.
Willingness to travel for training purposes in different provinces.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey various content.
2- 3 years of experience in the training field, at the restaurant chain, hospitality industry, or FMCG is a plus.
Knowledge of design tools like Canva, AI, ETC., is an advantage.
College or university degree.
