In the near future, we plan to open more new shopping malls in Vietnam. To serve this goal, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing Deputy Manager.
- Work location: HCM Branch Office- 15th Floor, LIM Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao Ward, D1, HCMC
- Working time: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM, Monday- Friday
- Report to: Leasing Manager
Job summary: Manage and develop assigned team effectively to ensure the assigned malls can achieved highest occupancy rate, profitable mall income with reasonable tenant mix.
Detailed job description:
Well coordinate and communicate with related sections and departments to support timely for required tasks and solve problems when necessary (10%);
Figure out leasing plan, set rent budget, and proceed progress management for assigned projects, then establish, implement, and monitor leasing goals to meet required occupancy rate and budget (20%);
Manage Leasing database, periodical reports, analyze tenant&039;s business, competitors, retail market... and make proposals to Leasing Manager for mall improvement and development (10%);
Maintain good relationship with key account tenants and ensure that all their requests are handled promptly and professionally; involve in leasing work for difficult vacant lots or important tenants (10%);
Other tasks assigned by supervisors (5%).
Oversee all aspects of team (tenant selection, documents, survey, analysis, working procedure…) to ensure all qualified before submitting (10%);
Create and control leasing strategies and work flows as per Leasing Manager&039;s direction together with training and managing Leasing staff to catch up workload smoothly and enhance staff&039;s capability (20%);
Instruct, monitor and communicate effectively with team members to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures (15%);
