Legal Assistant Manager

- Advice, monitor and control all legal and compliance aspects of the entire company
- Ensure that the company complies with applicable regulations and requirements
- Execution of the compliance related training for employees
- Work with other departments on compliance, employee relations, and core operations
- Consult and supervise all company agreements
- Legal documents and contracts
- Manage and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Support local business functions in their interactions with external parties’ Compliance Officers and auditors
- Provide advice and update to the management team on regulatory development

- Knowledgeable on local and international industrial codes, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations in Vietnam
- Fully understand local filing and filing laws, regulations, requirements, and procedures
- Strong legal drafting skills and experience in contract review
- Have a good relationships with regulatory agencies and government agencies
- More than 5 years of work experience as a legal executive or legal expert
