LEGAL & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure our company adheres to legal standards and in- house policies. You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on legal & compliance matters.
Working Purpose:
Carry out other responsibilities as required by BOD.
Ensure all advices complied with current regulations.
Develop an internal framework for maintaining compliance across all departments.
Monitor the implementation of new compliance protocols meet all relevant legal requirements.
Review compliance reports regularly, identify potential compliance breaches and safety risks, and provide advice to Compliance Specialist in implementing effective solutions.
Supervise and lead our legal and compliance department, ensuring the proper implementation of all compliance programs and procedures.
Oversee the performance of compliance training program to ensure training programs can adequately educate our current staff and new hires about compliance procedures.
Stay informed on any changes or additions to laws and industry regulations that affect our operations
Other tasks as assigned..
Key Responsibility and Accountabilities:​
For legal & compliance matters:
- Advise on the implications of company policies and procedures. Support & instruct other departments in building SOPs system
- Revise Contract or provide Legal advice as required.
- Report on legal & compliance activities, risks and litigation to BOD.
- Ensure all contracts, policies and templates are up- to- date and compliant with statutory laws from legal & compliance perspective. Ensure all SOPs aligned with standard format.
- Instruct & oversee advices of L&C Sup, L&C Specialist to ensure all advices and performance of staff complied with current regulations & policies.
- Identify and mitigate legal & compliance risks. Implement and manage an effective compliance program.
For management:
- Manage an effective legal & compliance program.
- Conduct training for staff. Oversee the performance of L&C Sup, L&C Specialist
- Identify, evaluate & prioritize of risks relating to business. Propose solutions for risks control from legal & compliance perspective.
- Instruct & oversee the training program to ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes
Carry out other responsibilities as required by BOD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency English.
- Experience: Over 05 years
- Certificate: Lawyer training certificate and other relevant certificates.
- Degree: Graduated from Law University.
- Skills: Logical thinking, general analysis, presentation, speed, reporting.
- Knowledge: Mastering and deeply understanding the legal provisions, especially the regulations related to business activities of the working unit.
