Legal Executive (Japanese N2)

- Other work assigned by superiors.
- Draft, review all documents, contracts, appendices, NDA at the request of superiors.
- Prepare legal documents and issue transaction documents to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of Vietnam.
- Review and complete the full combo of templates for sale transactions: NDA, contracts, quotations and other relevant internal documents at the request of superiors.
- Draft, review documents related to HR such as announcements, decisions, official letters, minutes, labor contracts, etc. according to the actual arising work.
- Formulate, review and revise HR policies and regulations in accordance with the law.

- Having experience in IT/Law/Consulting firms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- At least 3- 5 years of experience in a similar position.
