Logistics Manager

Handle complaints, tackle arising issues with customers in proper manner.
Coordinate with sales team to join bidding & project
Making quotations & follow up on bidding/project
Receiving delivery requests from customer and superintend picking process.
Checking market rate
Proactively update shipment status. Making exactly the delivery reports to customers (daily).
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Maintain customer databases
Care of shipments and resolve issues during the transportation; coordinate internally to facilitate delivery progress, and externally to bridge the customer’s requirements and operations.
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
Manage customers&039; accounts
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Analysis based on collecting information from customer
Follow up on customer interactions
Provide pricing and delivery information

Willing to work under high pressures.
At least 02 years experience in Logistics field (Bidding, pricing, manage contract, manage Key Account)
Proficient at MS Office.
Ability to learn/adapt quickly.
University Graduate with major: economics, foreign trade, logistics
Good knowledge in English (verbal/written)
Priority for experience in forwarding company
