Logistics Manager (Forwarding industry)

OVERVIEW:
With the development of SharkNinja business, Logistics Department, as an indispensable part of the whole company, we are looking for someone who is willing to face the challenges, have good experience in logistics industry, have the ability to work with suppliers/forwarders in day to day operations in shipping arrangement, documents preparation and submission etc.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for space allocations to meet shipping priorities to support business requirement
- Support and resolve any shipping related issues at Vietnam
- PO receipt in ERP/SRM on a timely manner, aligned with Finance on closing date and data accuracy on a monthly basis
- Transportation expense review and approve in SRM
- Daily review with the factories and forwarders on shipment arrangement
- Drive factory to work on standard three weeks in advance booking procedures
- Work with SharkNinja Vietnam cross functional teams for logistics inquiries and solutions
- Support Logistics Director to monitor and manage SEA logistics service providers activities as required
- Update Logistics cost saving analysis monthly report

Skills:

- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
- University diploma is required
- 10+ years in logistics experience preferred

- Local resident is preferential
- Travel is required
