Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems to minimize downtime and optimize equipment lifespan. Repair or replace faulty electrical components, such as motors, controllers, sensors, and wiring. Calibrate and adjust electronic equipment to ensure accurate operation.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts. Generate reports on equipment performance and issues.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose electrical and electronic system malfunctions using diagnostic tools and equipment. Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with experts and other technicians to resolve complex issues.
Equipment Installation and Setup: Install new electrical and electronic equipment according to blueprints and specifications. Connect power supplies, control systems, and peripheral devices. Conduct testing and commissioning of installed equipment.
Electrical Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures. Conduct safety inspections and hazard assessments.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving equipment efficiency and reliability.

Ability to communicate in English and Chinese is an advantage 
Technical diploma or equivalent in electrical or electronic engineering.
Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Willingness to work overtime or on call as needed.
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
1- 3 years of experience in electrical/electronic maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, components, PLC programming, automation systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with metal printing & packaging quality standards (a plus).
Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills.
