Managing Director

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify key opportunities for expansion.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, distributors, and regulatory authorities.
Oversee all aspects of day- to- day operations.
Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the pharmaceuticals industry.
Sound understanding of financial principles and budget management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, results- driven environment.
In- depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High- level strategic thinking and executional skills, with the ability to envision and implement long- term business objectives.
