Marketing Executive

Digital Marketing
- Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, website, search engines, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and acquire leads/customers.
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns promoting products.
Online & Offline Event Marketing
- Develop strategies to maximize attendance, brand visibility, and lead generation
- Collaborate with and oversee cross- functional teams, vendors, and to ensure seamless event logistics and engagement
- Source and evaluate potential vendors, create request for proposals, assess proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalized agreements
- Design, operate, and maintain event systems and processes to create a replicable.
- Maintain and update event budgets, monitor expenditures, and conduct reconciliations
- Manage and coordinate both online and offline events, including planning, budgeting, execution, cost- management, and post- event evaluation
- Generate comprehensive post- event reports to assess event effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement
Management of Marketing materials (Marketing gifts, POSM, …)
- Planning and following up the work with vendor to deploy MKT tools to the team in order to promote customer awareness.
- Coordinate with Product team to create content to promote on posters, provide MKT gifts for the team in events, work with Dealer to fulfill the display, showcase, POSM
Engage with Back Office ( Accounting, Admin) to process the work with vendors smoothly and efficiency.

• Detail- oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong background in B2B marketing, with min 2 years of experience.
• Male is a plus.
• Proficiency in design and the use of Adobe Suite is required.
• Expertise in online/offline event management and digital marketing
• Strong team player who values teamwork and cooperation
