POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Executive coordinates with other company’s business line leaders to develop marketing and advertising strategies and be involved the entire process, including administrative duties, developing content across all traditional and digital marketing channels of Savills Vietnam.
Work closely with colleagues and company business line leaders within Savills offices in Vietnam to update the company activities and understand the company’s business strategies.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Traditional Marketing (70%):
Work with other departments to determine the demand for the company’s products and services and identify potential markets.
Manage the production of marketing materials such as posters, flyers, etc.
Liaise with suppliers, internal Business Line Leaders, and designers for smooth implementation of marketing projects.
Work on marketing plans from conceptual stage, planning, execution, management, and evaluation
Prepare procedure and document in the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies for business line products, projects, and services.
Manage administrative process of the marketing plans.
Digital Marketing (30%):
Analytics & Conversions
Collect and analyse data from websites, blogs, electronic direct mail (EDM) systems and social media to explore insights, identify issues and opportunities in order to achieve maximum conversions and ROI.
Digital Marketing Channel Management
Research/study the effectiveness of the channels with KPIs for BOD updates and decisions.
Manage EDM system for all Departments, including content development, editing layout and format and the delivery of EDM.
Study and propose operational guidelines and process on each DM channel: post timeframes, content, languages, the brand identity issues, forms of content (text, webinar, video, infographics ...).
Manage and optimize the company website, blogs, and social media, including content development, post schedule and timeframe, and directly update content on those channels.
