Role Description:
As a Marketing Executive at RSET, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness and engagement, while supporting the growth and expansion of our educational services. You will be responsible for a variety of marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, advertising campaigns, and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, results- driven, and passionate about using marketing to support the educational goals of RSET.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market research & strategy
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with RSET’s business goals.
2. Content Marketing & creation
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns across various platforms.
• Design and create engaging marketing content, including visual assets, videos, blog posts, and other collateral materials.
3. Social media management
• Oversee and maintain the Facebook page and website, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
• Build, manage, and grow RSET’s TikTok channel, creating engaging content to attract and retain followers.
4. Advertising campaigns
• Monitor and report on ad performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Run and manage paid advertising campaigns, optimizing performance to achieve set objectives.
• Develop advertising strategies for platforms such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
5. Brand awareness & lead generation
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and build relationships with potential customers.
• Support rebranding initiatives and collaborate on the SEO strategy to improve the website’s visibility and traffic.
6. Collaboration & strategy development
• Contribute to business strategy development by identifying opportunities for growth and new market segments.
• Participate in product research and testing processes, providing valuable insights for future offerings.
7. Analytics & reporting
• Continuously refine and adjust marketing strategies based on data insights.
• Track and analyze the performance of all marketing efforts, providing regular reports and analysis to the management team.
Qualifications:
1. Background Fit:
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, etc.), and advertising strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or service industry.
2. Skill Fit:
• Proficient in designing visual content, using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut or similar software.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
• Familiarity with SEO practices and website management tools.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust MKT strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time- management skills.
