Marketing Executive (Based on HCMC)

JOB DESCRIPTION
WORK PLACE: Award- winning luxury resort in the South of Vietnam with offices in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be part of the Accor family working as a brand marketer specializing in content and marketing collaterals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
YOUR ROLE:
This person should have experience and good understanding of work process of marketing teams, how marketing campaigns work, with experience in following brand guidelines, with experience in writing/creating social contents, posting and making social media reports.
Your position is responsible for creating all the inspirational content for all social channels, print & electronic media. You are also responsible for all the marketing materials of the resort in terms of concept and copy, working with the designer, production.
You are a lover of hotels, hospitality and traveling. You are a writer, a dreamer, a travel inspirer.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Staying current with latest trends and emerging technologies within hotel marketing, F&B marketing and trends in hotel and F&B and wellness
• Contributing ideas, engaging in brainstorms, and developing concepts for resort marketing projects.
• Writes various content in English and Vietnamese; handles social media postings & provides bi- monthly tracking of competitive social media activities
• Work on the hotel special events of the year – plan & execute
• Working under the supervision of a Marketing Manager, you will make marketing plans, budgets, timeline and execution of a assigned projects
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and emerging technologies in the field of design
• Handles the monthly KOL outreach to local and international KOLS for travel, food, wellness & hotel
• Facilitates the production & distribution process of print and other marketing- related materials needed in hospitality including: brochures, menus, hotel collaterals
• Contributing ideas and developments to resort marketing projects.
• Work on marketing admin tasks like contracts, payments, etc.
• In- charge of driving the creation of our monthly social content, ability to create monthly email marketing & blasting to our database

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate of universities such as RMIT, HUFLIT majoring in Marketing or Professional Communications or Journalism
• With 3+ years or more of hands- on experience related experience at a 4* or 5* hotel / resort or luxury brand; experience in marketing / events / PR agency is a plus
• Vietnamese National with excellent English with IELTS English Language Test score
• Skills:
+ Creative writer, can write comfortably in English and Vietnamese
+ Excellent planner – have experience in making marketing or event plans & executing
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
+ 2+ years of experience in social media platforms, email blast newsletters, database, collaterals production, marketing project coordination
+ Highly skilled in planning, coordinating and supervising work for collaterals, events, marketing projects
• Stable & a self- starter; Able to work without supervision and within a team environment
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and coordination skills
• Active with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude and the ability to multi- task and meet aggressive deadlines
