As a Marketing Executive for our F&B outlets at the resort, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, contributing to the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. Your role will focus on creating compelling campaigns to enhance the profile of our F&B outlets, engage target audiences, and drive patronage:
- Support in monitoring F&B outlets social media channels/ flatform
- Coordinate, and promote events hosted by the F&B outlets, ensuring maximum attendance and positive guest experiences.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Develop and implement loyalty programs to retain existing customers and encourage repeat business. Utilize customer feedback to enhance offerings and improve guest satisfaction.
- Support in monitoring F&B outlets social media channels/ flatform
- Organize and monitor advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
- Ensure press materials, image galleries, websites, etc. updated and accurate as well as cooperate with designers.
- Conceive and develop effective and intuitive marketing strategies
- Marketing executives are involved in all aspects of marketing, including (but not limited to): planning; brand/product development; e- marketing, SEO and research.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing activities to leverage reach/ results as directed by Marketing Manager
- Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit performance reports
- Support building a network of Influencer/ KOLs/ KOCs
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a monthly basis
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence for the F&B outlets through effective digital marketing strategies. This includes managing social media accounts, website content, and work with Digital Marketing regarding to online advertising
- Support on property (attend filming and photography- both internal and external, conduct site tours when required)
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and website. Ensure all content aligns with the brand image and messaging.
- Produce and submit PR, Marketing and social media activity report
- Identify and establish partnerships with influencers/ KOLs/ pages, local businesses, and other stakeholders to enhance the F&B outlets &039;s visibility and reach new audiences.
- Assist in the creation of all marketing materials- (Guest & Internal e.g. Menus, flyers, in- room etc.) and manage the production of all resort and sales team collateral, branding and logos items ensuring all branding and company guidelines are allowed
- Collaborate with event teams and vendors/ agency to optimize promotional opportunities.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to management.
- Need to possess photography and videography skills (if possible)
