Marketing Executive (F&B)

• Monitor performance of F&B marketing campaigns through revenue results, engagement metrics, and guest feedback.
• Coordinate and support on- site execution during events, promotions, and special occasions.
• Support media visits, influencer/KOL collaborations, and partnership promotions related to F&B outlets.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive programs, special menus, dining experiences, and outlet activations.
• Work with Design and Digital teams to develop marketing materials such as posters, menus, table tents, banners, POSM, digital assets, and videos.
• Ensure all F&B marketing communications comply with brand guidelines and resort standards.
• Coordinate closely with F&B Operations, Chefs, and Outlet Managers to understand products, menus, and service highlights, ensuring marketing activities are operationally feasible.
• Prepare post- campaign analysis, monthly reports, and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage F&B- related content across social media, website, EDMs, and in- resort communication channels.
• Stay updated on F&B trends, market insights, and competitor activities to propose innovative ideas.
• Propose content ideas including photoshoots, videos, reels, and storytelling concepts to enhance F&B visibility.
• Develop annual and monthly marketing plans for all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, beach club, and seasonal concepts.

• Proactive, responsible, well- organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience managing marketing activities for multiple outlets or brands is an advantage.
• Passion for hospitality, dining experiences, and Japanese culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing; experience in hospitality, hotel, or F&B industry is highly preferred.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media tools is a plus.
