Position Overall Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the digital presence of our brand.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other online channels to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
Content Creation and Management:
Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Oversee the creation and management of engaging and relevant content for online platforms.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
Manage and grow the company&039;s presence on various social media platforms.
Email Marketing:
Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, optimizing for increased effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, making data- driven recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high- performance culture.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the company&039;s brand image across all digital and traditional marketing channels.
Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across various platforms.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Use market research to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
QUALIFICATION
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master&039;s degree is a plus.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
4 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role, leading and developing high- performing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
