Marketing Manager

Position Overview:We’re looking for a skilled, creative, and hands- on Marketing Manager to drive and execute marketing initiatives that grow our brand and connect with customers. This role combines strategic leadership with execution, requiring the ability to develop effective marketing plans while directly managing campaigns, budgets, and deliverables. Success in this position depends on strong strategic thinking, problem- solving skills, and the ability to work cross- functionally to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identifying target audiences: Identifying potential markets and consumer needs
• Contributing to business goals: Collaborating with other departments to create marketing initiatives that align with the company’s goals
• Influencing pricing: Influencing pricing strategies
• Managing budgets: Managing resources and budgets
• Reporting on metrics: Reporting on marketing metrics.
• Developing marketing strategies: Creating plans and campaigns to promote the company’s products or services
• Staying informed: Keeping up with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes
• Crafting messaging: Developing compelling messaging to reach potential customers
• Marketing managers often work with other departments, such as sales, product development, and advertising.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Strong knowledge of marketing channels, marketing strategies, and branding.
• Experience in B2B marketing and sales within the IT services or technology sector.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities, with a data- driven approach to decision- making.
• Minimum of 04 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
