- Regularly monitor brand mentions on the web, forums, social media, and related platforms, and develop plans to handle communication crises effectively.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Department to organise the classification and evaluation of the effectiveness and quality of contacts from each marketing channel, with the aim of filtering, eliminating, and developing effective channels.
- Conduct research and implement potential marketing channels and campaigns to expand outreach to potential customers in both quantity and quality.
- Strategically assign and oversee human resources to ensure the timely and quality implementation of tasks.
- Monitor and provide support to team members to ensure the successful completion of tasks within the department.
- Ensure the efficient operation of marketing channels, adhering to budget constraints, and acquiring customers for the company.
- Conduct monthly KPI assessments for all department members.
- Identify and propose team members with the potential for training, rotation, and advancement to higher positions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with the communication plan to ensure the achievement of business objectives for the brand.
- Cultivate, maintain, and enhance the company&039;s image across various channels, including the website, social media, email, and more.
