Marketing Team Leader

Build and develop a high- performing marketing team by recruiting, mentoring, and supporting team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
Oversee the creation and distribution of high- quality content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and objectives.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and meet financial targets.
Develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives.
Work closely with project managers to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company&039;s goals and target audience.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Basic knowledge of image and video editing with tools like Canva, Adobe, ...
Strong organization skills
5+ years of relevant work experience
Fluent English communication is a must
Understanding the fundamentals of presales and sales
Solid understanding of website and landing page building, e.g. with WordPress Elementor
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, International Business, or other related field
Understanding of marketing automation with tools like Hubspot, Mautic, ...
Proficient in Excel and Google Analytics
Prior experience in architecture / building industry is a plus
Understanding of social media algorithms on LinkedIn, Facebook, ...
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Continuous Learning and Can Do attitude
Experience with CRM lead management e.g. in Salesforce, Odoo, ...
Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor team members
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams
Understanding of SEO/Keyword planning/Online ads/Audience targeting/Customer journey/User experience
