Marketing Team Leader

As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for the execution of marketing strategy, improve brand awareness by online and offline activities, run event, co- branding with partnership for group.

Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Manage budget, KPIs, deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
Do another tasks from Marketing Manager, BOD request
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Organize and manage offline activities
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms to ensure that services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives

Outstanding communication skills
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Degree in marketing or a related field
Up- to- date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

13th month salary based on company&039;s business situation.
Salary: Negotiation
