We are offering an opening for a Merchandiser vacancy in our District 2 office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the entire product lifecycle. You will work closely with our Procurement team to ensure that our product offerings meet market demands and align with our supplier strategy.
Your main duty:
Timely communication with buyers and suppliers to ensure product shipment on time.
Report to the Senior Merchandiser, work closely with suppliers and buyers, responsible for orders follow up- Prepare technical pack.
Implement Quality control method and shout out for potential issue.
Develop the products and timely feedback with buyers for comments and seek confirmation.
Responsible for consistently tracking/monitoring product/order status.
In charge of production once the order is confirmed, from sample development, buyer comments, production sample confirmation, and production to shipment.
Negotiate with vendors for the best available quality/quantity/ETD to the company&039;s interests.
Additional tasks related to orders and supplier management will be assigned by line manager.
Requirements
Highly organized and accountable.
Strong communication skills.
Having minimum one (01) year of merchandising experience in garment/shoes industry/home decor or similar field is highly preferred.
Attention to details, demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.
English fluency is a must.
Curious learner and team player with a can- do attitude.
Bachelor degree major in logistic, supply chain, trade, business administration or English.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint.
