ABOUT POSITION
We are looking for talented Full- stack Engineers (Mid & Lead levels) to join our growing team behind Katalon- an AI- augmented test automation solution that automatically discovers, models, generates, and maintains user- journey test cases. TrueTest provides a streamlined test generation process, saving time and improving testing efficiency. You’ll work on cutting- edge features using modern tech stacks such as Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, PostgreSQL, Kafka, React, and Generative AI, contributing directly to systems that scale globally.
What You’ll Do
As a
Mid- Level Engineer

Build responsive UIs with React and integrate event- driven workflows via Kafka.
Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
Apply AI tools to improve development efficiency and reduce repetitive work.
Implement microservices using Java (Spring Boot/Quarkus) and PostgreSQL.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to deliver high- impact product features.
Develop and maintain scalable backend services and user interfaces.

As a
Lead Engineer
, you’ll also:

Drive architecture design for distributed, secure, and high- performance systems.
Contribute to building internal tools, frameworks, and reusable components.
Identify areas for system- wide improvement and influence technical direction.
Lead by example through mentoring and enforcing engineering best practices (SOLID, CI/CD, etc.).
Ensure cross- team collaboration with product, infra, and data teams.

Must- Haves (All Levels):

Good communication and collaborative skills in a fast- paced environment.
Exposure to AI technologies or willingness to adopt them into workflows.
Proficient in Java and frameworks (Spring Boot/Quarkus).
Familiar with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or similar.
Strong software engineering foundation and product- oriented mindset.
Experience with PostgreSQL, React, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.

For Lead Level:

Strong leadership in mentoring, design reviews, and team enablement.
Comfortable owning codebases and delivering end- to- end technical solutions.
Proven experience designing system architecture for large- scale applications.
