Mid/Senior Backend Engineer Java, Spring, English

Location: Vietnam/ Full- time/ On site

seasoned Backend Developer to design and implement backend systems that power our in- house platforms and enable the company to scale.
In this role, you&039;ll collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop new features, tackle complex technical challenges, and contribute to the development of a scalable and reliable platform.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain backend systems that support the company&039;s growth and scalability.
Debug and resolve complex issues, including performance bottlenecks, scale challenges, and bugs across the stack.
Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to define and refine feature specifications.
Ensure the delivery of clean, high- quality, and maintainable code.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as stuck jobs in message queues or bugs in backend services.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong understanding of design patterns and their application in software architecture.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and its application in CMS development.
Advanced knowledge of the Spring Framework and its modules, including Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring OAuth2, Spring AOP, and Spring Cloud.
Strong expertise in building and maintaining HTTP/RESTful APIs and object- oriented programming principles.
Solid experience with Git and version control systems.
Proficiency in working with both synchronous and asynchronous technologies.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
4+ years of experience in Backend and Web Development, with 2+ years working with Java and Spring Framework.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams using English.
Hands- on experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (e.g., Elasticsearch, MongoDB).

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Docker for managing development and production environments.
Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Previous experience in AI integration within CMS systems.
