Middle/Senior Manual QC (QA QC, Tester, English)

We are seeking a detail- oriented and experienced Manual QC Engineer to join our team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the high quality of our software products. The ideal candidate possesses good understanding of QA methodologies, fair communication skills (especially in English). You will work closely with our US- based team, contributing to test planning, execution, and issue resolution

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with both Vietnam and US- based team to discuss testing approaches, clarify requirements, and resolve issues
Define and execute manual and sometimes automated test cases
Contribute to improving the quality assurance process through continuous feedback and suggestions
Set up and configure necessary testing environments and devices
Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to project requirements

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to testing
Good English communication skills for effective collaboration with the US- based team
Proven experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases
Familiarity with at least one automation testing framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is preferred
Demonstrated understanding of the business and technical aspects of previously worked on projects
Positive and proactive mindset with a strong commitment to quality
Experience with device testing, API testing, Linux, or macOS is a strong plus
Good understanding of QA methodologies, standards, and best practices
