Mold Manager

- Manage the schedule of repair, modification, and remake of molds to match the production/trial period by utilizing knowledge about mold structure and processing steps.
- Research tasks to find new ideas or innovative ways to optimize work efficiency.
- Follow up on part management work to arrange tasks and periodically evaluate employee performance.
- Cooperate well when working with relevant departments such as Purchasing, R&D, and IQC...
- Check, follow up, and provide feedback on issues that the producers raise, and give instructions to staff accordingly.
- Control the EHS and Pro3M activities in the department and support vendors to ensure they comply as well.
- Make reports to the Korean Manager (Weekly reports to HOD and Innovation/Strategy reports to the SEHC Director).
- Work with production teams, producers, and makers to solve mold issues.

- Having experience in plastic injection molding is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, organization, and responsibility.
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Graduated from university or higher in Mold Technology/Mold Design.
- At least 10 years of experience related to Mold technology, Mold design, or R&D Technology.
- Proficient in communicating in English.
