National Key Account Manager -Sector Head Consumer & Retail

YOUR ROLE

Building business strategies to expand our footprint and customer base in the Consumer & Retail Industry
Defining, aligning and coordinating action plan with Local Management and Regional C&R Sector Head

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Secure approved/Preferred vendor status from Key account.
Consolidate and update customer knowledge (decision makers, influencers, volume potential, incumbents, industry challenges/opportunities, strategic expectation) and CEVA Logistics performances
Plan monthly meetings with Local BD Head and REG Sector Head to pilot growth and sales activities
Participate in the set- up and follow- up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
Optimize sales awareness and development within network through CRM
Call on regional/corporate steering committee to arbitrate financial, sales or operational disputes linked to local or international contract management
Design and present tenders to customers with supporting CEVA functions and expertise.
Ensure constant Value generation towards the customer’s business, through initiatives and projects
Plan and monitor growth with the dedicated network sales team aligned with customers flows.
Develop CEVA Logistics market share and profitability through customer’s operations across the network
Review CEVA Logistics performances and quality indicators which have been contracted with customers
Ensure team understanding and implementation on CEVA’s Value in daily work behaviours
Act as CEVA Logistics main Sales entry point for C&R customers
Ensure and monitor team compliance to the CEVA’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
Lead local tenders or local part of regional/global tenders and participate to sign- off with respective MO parties
Develop and implement the sales action plan for C&R sector in alignment with Local BD Head and Regional C&R Head.
Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
Ensure disputes / complains are settled promptly & payments are received within credit limit & period
Monitor GM monthly and achieve Locally controlled and Nominated Budget targets.
Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

College or University Certificate, Major in Logistics, Supply Chain,Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable
Having experiences in account management managerial and/or customer relationship management experience
Good knowledge of ground and contract logistics products and services is plus
Having experiences in import and export, freight forwarding or shipping lines
Good knowledge of air & Ocean products & services
