Position Overview:
We are seeking a National Retail Sales Director to join our dynamic team in Hanoi/Da Nang/Ho Chi Minh City. This is a full- time, on- site role that plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of our retail channels across Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales & Market Expansion: Design and execute plans to increase sales and expand our market presence, with a focus on enhancing our retail store chain.
Build Strong Relationships: Foster connections with partners, customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate Cross- Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Sommelier, Logistics, Accounting, and HR teams to ensure seamless retail operations.
Develop & Implement Strategies: Lead the development of comprehensive business strategies to drive growth in our nationwide retail network.
Manage Ultra- VIP Clients: Provide personalized service and build relationships with our top- tier clients.
Develop the Retail Team: Recruit, train, and mentor retail management staff, enhancing their skills and leadership capabilities.
Oversee Retail Operations: Ensure smooth operations, achieving sales targets and business objectives across all stores.
Report to Leadership: Provide regular updates on performance, growth insights, and development plans to the leadership team.
Analyze & Optimize Performance: Monitor business metrics, leveraging data to make informed strategic decisions.

Customer- focused: Strong VIP care skills, with a keen sense of market trends and customer preferences.
Deep understanding of chain business models and market dynamics.
Fluent in English and flexible to work across various locations as needed.
Open to both Vietnamese and international candidates; a passion for wine is a plus!
Leadership qualities: Proven ability to lead teams, manage targets, and inspire excellence.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or wine industry.
