Native/Foreign English Teacher At Secondary School

Participating in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments;
Providing students with opportunities (inside and outside the classroom) to improve their confidence in using English in formal and informal settings and practice their English language and study skills;
Contributing to development, planning and implementation of the curriculum;
Teaching offline 1 lesson for 45 minutes at 3:15 pm every Thursday at Phan Chu Trinh Secondary School
Participating in the faculty&039;s activities such as seminars, meetings, workshops and also organizing professional development activities;
Preparing and delivering fully organized lessons in accordance with the syllabus and curriculum;
Developing learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining proper records of student progress, achievement and attendance;
Creating and maintaining an inviting and safe classroom environment that fosters learning and encourages student participation;

Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing student needs and classroom dynamics;
MA degree in TESOL, Linguistics, Education or related fields (desirable);
Native English speaker from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand or South Africa (essential);
Having experience in TESOL teaching is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and take initiative as needed.
Ability to plan, organize, and deliver effective lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Proficiency in the use of technology, including learning management systems, digital assessment tools, and other educational software.
Organizational and time- management skills.
TESOL certificate (e.g., CELTA, DELTA etc.) (desirable);
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.

Income: Offline teaching salary: 25$ for a 45 minutes session

Income depends on the number of teaching hours, no unpaid salary or delayed teacher salary.
