- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday- Friday, 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM
- Position: 01 New Mall Support Senior Executive
Job description:
To be in charge of supporting new Mall during combat and opening period as Tenancy Coordinator Management, Tenant fit- out monitoring, daily operation supervisor and consultant. (15%)
Other tasks as assigned.
Support and following big events before new mall Opening as specific assignment. Support emergency case. (5%)
Involve in consultant and tightly following to support new Malls in operation set- up period: Tenant rule book and Mall Standard Operating Procedure, Office regulation and set- up, do Contractor assessment and Aeon Delight scope of work and advise the contract condition. (15%)
To the specific project, do detail plan and strictly follow the scope of work as project coordinator. Regularly review and update progress of each detail task, tightly manage and cooperate with new mall team and other parties to ensure smoothly and timely complete. (30%)
To be in charge of supporting new Mall enhance knowledge and ability on Mall operation by conduct and organize training and coaching. (10%)
Involve in consultant and tightly following to support new Malls in pre- opening period: Mall layout/design concept, construction drawings, facility management, operation budget plan etc.... Do needed research and survey to promote suitable upcoming operation plan. (20%)

Be honest, careful and have teamwork spirit.
Bachelor’s degree, any majors.
Good written and verbal communication in English & Vietnamese.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Be able to travel regularly for business to other provinces or countries, especially when there is a unique combat phase of two months before the project’s opening that requires the candidate to stay in the project to assist daily work.
Having 5- 10 years of work experience in Property management or Project management. Having a mechanical and electrical background or building operations experience is an advantage.
Be able to cope with conflict and handle problems.
