Job Descriptions:
• Work closely with Sales, Suppliers, Pricing, Others support teams to archive customer’s satisfaction.
• Other tasks as designed by superior.
• Report service or business failure to Head of Operation.
• Ensure local charges are informed to shippers in a timely and accurately manner.
• Receive and confirm bookings received from vendors/customers as nominated in timely manner.
• Maintain sailing schedules to be updated on- timely and correctly for tracing purpose from customer.
• Arrange booking with carriers; update systems & release bill of lading, invoices, payment to suppliers.
• Be responsible for implementing processes involved in one of the fields: Sea Import/Export
• Collect documents from vendors and dispatch to the right receivers if requested.
• Issue HBL/HSWB or Forwarder’s Cargo Receipts to vendors.

Requirements:
- Having experience from 1 to 2 years.
- Having experience customer service is an advantage.

Working Time:

From Monday to Friday: 8:00 – 17:30
Sunday: Off
Morning Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00

Satra Building, 275B Pham Ngu Lao Street, District 1, HCMC.
