Nhân Viên It Helpdesk Full-Time 2024

Ensure quality information from data warehouse for business operation and / or further analysis for user across the bank.
Ensure the stability of IT systems in response to business requirement effectively and efficiently.
Responsible for jointly develop IT project which align with corporate strategy, performing vendor management to ensure they well serve user&039;s

and meet service level agreement.
Manage day- to- day operation of IT infrastructure, IT application services.
Perform other task as assigned from the Bank.
Act as primary services support desk for issues related to IT including mange daily IT incidents and coordinate with KBank- TH. For second and third line support.
Advise and provide IT information consultancy to user.
Qualification:
Bachelor&039;s Degree with major in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or banking related area.
Good English communication skills.
Customer- service mindset and ability to work independently.
Preferred 1 or 2 years&039; direct experience in IT banking infrastructure and related applications, services, systems.
