Check the guest birthday list on daily basic for preparation and dispatching of birthday cards and cakes to guests.
When on night shift, checks night report, prepare the morning report and prepare all necessary forms for the guest arrival.
Responsible to arrange flowers and fruits for in- house and arrival guests.
Familiar with the Apartment’s policies and procedures, product, service, rates, special events, city and local information and promotes such whenever possible.
Assist in facilitating a fast, smooth and pleasant check- in and check- out.
Maintain friendly rapport with guests in order to ensure their goodwill and repeat business.
Ensures that all repeat guests are accorded personalized service recognize and welcome.
To monitor the main entrance, Driveway, Gym, Swimming pool to make sure that prompt assistant to customer as always.
Assist in whatever way to promote and up sell the Apartment’s products and services.
Cashier drawer fund is requested to be sufficient at all time. Unless, supporting document need to be presented with authorize approval.
Always update guest profile on PMS with latest preferences and hobbies, etc. in order to serve guest better.
Responsible to keep the front desk safety box and cashier drawer safe.
Assist customer to handle luggage upon arrival and departure.
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
Keeps a visible and active presence in the Lobby asking all guests and visitors if they require assistance.
To answer the telephone promptly according to the standard set by the hotel. Never let the phone ring more than 3 times.
Handles guest’s complaint or requests and liaise with the concerned department to ensure immediate action and follow up.
To always read the Front Desk Log Book at the beginning and at the end of the shift.
Always check and be careful before issuing guest keys as well as any matter about guest key.
Make courtesy calls, provide assistance and arrange flowers or fruits to the sick guests.

Be totally familiar with room amenities, layout, rate structure, outlets (e.g. promotions, banquet, function, party etc.).
