Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize costs while ensuring quality of materials and services.
Monitor supplier performance and develop relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
Support the procurement team in conducting market research and identifying potential new suppliers.
Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and processing purchase orders.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related
field.
Knowledge of procurement best practices, including sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
Accept go to business trip outside Ho Chi Minh
At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in cashew kernels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
