• Phối hợp với với các phòng ban để xử lý khi có sự cố, tai nạn, lỗi dịch vụ. Và xác minh nguyên nhân, giải pháp khi có tai nạn/sự cố, theo dõi, xác nhận cải tiến của các phòng ban.Coordinate with departments to handle incidents, accidents, service failures. And verify causes and solutions when accidents/incidents occur, monitor, and confirm improvements of departments.
• Tiến hành các chương trình cải tiến chất lượng dịch vụ theo hướng dẫn của công ty, tập đoàn. Đề xuất ý tưởng cải tiến chất lượng phù hợp.Conduct service quality improvement programs according to the guidelines of the corporation or company. Propose quality improvement ideas.
• Phân tích đánh giá định kỳ và báo cáo tình hình chất lượng dịch vụ của các phòng ban và công ty. Analyze, evaluate and report periodically service quality KPI status of departments and company.
• Tiến hành kiểm tra hiện trường định kỳ và ngẫu nhiên tại các trung tâm tiếp vận và các địa điểm có liên quan đến hoạt động của công ty để đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng được thực thi, phát hiện các vấn đề rủi ro về chất lượng và phối hợp với Phòng/Bộ phận để cải tiến.
Conduct site inspections regular/irregular at logistics centers and locations relevant to the company&039;s operations to ensure quality standards are being enforced and identify quality risk issues and cooperate with relevant Divisions/Departments to resolve it.

• Thực hiện công tác an toàn, vệ sinh lao động tại Công ty.
Implementing occupational safety hygiene at the Company.
• Đôn đốc việc thực hiện kế hoạch an toàn, vệ sinh lao động; đánh giá rủi ro và xây dựng kế hoạch ứng cứu khẩn cấp.
Supervise the implementation of occupational safety and hygiene plan; assess risks and develop emergency response plan.
• Tổ chức tự kiểm tra về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động; điều tra tai nạn lao động, sự cố kỹ thuật gây mất an toàn, vệ sinh lao động theo quy định của pháp luật.
Organize self- inspection of occupational safety and hygiene; investigate occupational accidents and technical incidents causing unsafety and occupational hygiene according to the provisions of law.
• Tổ chức giám sát, kiểm soát yếu tố nguy hiểm, yếu tố có hại.
Supervise and control of dangerous and harmful factors.
• Phối hợp với các Phòng/ Bộ phận hướng dẫn thực hiện nhiệm vụ của an toàn, vệ sinh viên.
Coordinate with Divisions/ Departments to guide the implementation of safety and hygiene staffs.
