Process online orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
Update order statuses and maintain accurate records in the company&039;s database.
Handle order- related issues by investigating and resolving them through our ticketing system.

Proficiency in order management systems, databases, and ticketing platforms.
Ability to work independently with familiarity in logistics and inventory management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
Strong problem- solving skills for order processing and customer issues.
Good command of English (especially in speaking & writing).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Proven experience in order processing, e- commerce, or similar roles.
