Product, SKU handling

Update selling price, installment, promotion by policy or Head’s approval
Send request to PIC of content to create SKU and content
On/ off SKU
Follow up stock with supplier and escalate to Supervisor in case out of stock from supplier
Double check content and make sure the accuracy

PO handling

Check PO to ensure correct amount quantity and, buying price, total value of PO
Consolidate SO to make a PO within KPI
Push supplier to delivery product of PO to warehouse on time
Import product to system for toup up & pincode or co- ordinate with logistics team to receive physical products in both system and warehouse

RT handling

Support all questions from Sale team or other department regarding to SO or Product content
Check RT queue of team and Interaction supplier, warehousing, Sale, the relevant departments for all RT related to your line charge

Payment request

Base on outstanding and overdue of supplier, suggest payment request to Head / Supplier Management Manager
Base on Head’s approval, update information for payment request

Personal characters Patient; Details- oriented; Friendly, adaptable
Experiences: at least 1 years in the same position or customer service.
BA qualification
Skills: MS Office (especially Excel); Communication; Teamwork, Customer service oriented
