MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment (Local & international offices)
Prepare recruitment material.
Perform the end- to- end recruitment process including screening calls, assessment, in- person interview scheduling,...
Announce results and send job offers to qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to determine talent needs, develop and execute immediate and long- term recruitment strategies to meet business objectives and needs
Proactively conduct market research and source potential candidates through internal & external channels.
Build and maintain close relationship with hiring managers, candidates, and other relevant stakeholders
Onboarding & Offboarding
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit interviews and necessary paperwork.
Employee database management
Maintain accurate employee records, both hard copy and electronic, ensuring timely updates and corrections.
Prepare and follow up employment contracts and HR- related documents (probation contract, labor contract, non- disclosure agreement, minutes of handover, promotion, resignation,...)
Employee relation
Act as a bridge between employees and BOD on employee relation issues (both VN and international offices)
Company events
Assist in organizing internal events: Tet, 8/3, sport day, company trip, mid- autumn festival, 20/10, Christmas, YEP,...
Reporting
Provide monthly/quarterly/annual recruitment reports to Leader/Manager.
Other tasks assigned by Leader/Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate sourcing and database management.
Communication and interview skills.
Familiar with recruitment platforms and professional networks.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource Management, or related majors.
Experienced in hiring for Singapore and Hong Kong market is preferable.
Fluent in English (to work with foreigner candidates).
Minimum 2 years of working experience in recruitment.
