Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu / Logistics Staff

To coordinate with the forwarding agent, haulier company and local transporter for import and Export,
In charge of shipments from factory and responsible for preparing the shipping documents,
To ensure all the shipping documents are forwarded to customer after shipments,
Receiving & checking PO and then do shipment planning for export,
To support and implement the environmental aspect that needed in EMS,
To communicate with suppliers, customers, markets, DAP SCM and markets for export / import to / from group and non- group companies,
To ensure the all deliveries are delivered/ shipped in time without any mistakes,
To follow with suppliers, shipping documents for imports and exports,
To monitor the stock balance and communicate with production team for quantity to be produced,
Responsible for send and received sample, parcel via courier
To handle the application of Health certificate / Certificate of Origins,
To support in HALAL implementation and HALAL related matter,
To carry out any other duties as assigned by superior.
Responsible to the compliance with ISO, GMP, HACCP… and other rules and regulations of the company requirement.

Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal/communication skills
Computer skills: MS- Office applications (Excel and Word), ERP system.
Education: Business management or logistics diploma.
Technical skills: Vietnam Customs process, Incoterms, basic knowledge in ISO, GMP, HACCP,
Experience: At least 1- 2 years Logistic position in manufacturing / trading.
Language: Good knowledge in using English: able to read and write in English, basic speaking
