Hợp tác với các bộ phận khác: Làm việc chặt chẽ với các bộ phận như Buồng phòng và Kỹ thuật để đảm bảo hoạt động vận hành diễn ra suôn sẻ.
Provide excellent customer service: Ensure guests are well- served, handle complaints, and maintain good relationships with customers.
Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with departments like Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure smooth operations.
Kiểm soát thanh toán: Xử lý hóa đơn, chấp nhận thanh toán và kiểm tra tính hợp lệ của thẻ tín dụng.
Vận hành quầy bar: Đảm bảo hoạt động của quầy bar diễn ra suôn sẻ, chuẩn bị và phục vụ đồ uống, duy trì mức độ tồn kho và kiểm tra thiết bị.
Tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn an toàn và vệ sinh: Đảm bảo quầy bar và thiết bị sạch sẽ, tuân thủ các quy định về sức khỏe và an toàn.
Adherence to safety and hygiene standards: Ensure cleanliness of the bar and equipment, and comply with health and safety regulations.
Payment and financial control: Calculate bills, accept payments, and verify the validity of credit cards.

• 2 years of experience in the related field required for this position is preferred/Ưu tiên ứng viên có 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
• Able to perform shift works/Có thể làm việc theo ca
• Relevant certificate or qualifications/Bằng cấp liên quan
• Able to converse in English/Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh
