Job Description: Customer Service (Night Shift)

: Night Shift (22:00- 10:00, 7 days a week)
Job Overview:We are looking for a night shift Customer Service Representative to handle daily tasks related to overseas property management. This role is responsible for bookings management and ensuring smooth guest experiences from check- in to check- out. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and will need to address inquiries, manage requests, and coordinate tasks to meet guests&039; needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest bookings, including confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
Maintain the property to ensure it meets guest expectations and quality standards.
Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure properties are ready for incoming guests.
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Provide guests with basic information about listings and properties.
Handle check- ins and check- outs efficiently and ensure the guest experience is seamless.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or issues via phone, email, or chat.
Work Hours:
The role requires working 7 days a week, including weekends.
Full- time position, working 8 hours per night from 22:00 to 10:00 (next day) HCM time.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently during the night shift and manage tasks efficiently.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in booking management software or similar systems is an advantage.
Strong problem- solving and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
