JOB DESCRIPTION
Our product: AI- powered chatbot solution for hotels and service businesses (integrated with WhatsApp, Telegram, CRM and booking systems).
We are an international AI SaaS startup expanding to Vietnam.
We are looking for a proactive, results- driven Sales Manager to launch and grow the Vietnamese market.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls and online meetings
• Build long- term relationships with clients
• Present product demos
• Provide weekly activity and pipeline reports
• Contribute to local market strategy
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Identify and contact potential hotel and service clients

REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years experience in B2B or SaaS sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Self- motivated and independent
• Fluent Vietnamese, good English (from B2)- to communicate with an international team
• Ability to work remotely and manage pipeline independently
• Experience in any tech or hotel Tech industry is a plus

Compensation Structure:
• Commission on closed deals
• Revenue- based incentives
• Fixed monthly salary: VND 35,000,000 – 50,000,000 (depending on experience)
