We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant to help grow and manage our social media channels, starting with a personal brand and expanding into larger projects. You’ll be part of a high- velocity creative team producing some of the most engaging, AI- enhanced content online.
This position is open to both students and those seeking part- time work, whether you&039;re in school or not.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a
Social Media Assistant
, you’ll:
Help manage and grow Instagram/TikTok/social media accounts
Assist with video planning, posting, and scheduling
Use AI tools and software to enhance visuals
Collaborate with the creative team to turn rough ideas into viral content
Support other admin and production tasks as needed
Working Hours & Setup
Office Presence: 1 day per week at the office for 4 hours to handle hands- on tasks.
Remote Work: 5 PM- 9 PM, 4 days per week.
Most tasks can be done from home, but in- person meetings are essential to stay aligned and hands- on.
REQUIREMENTS
Who We&039;re Looking For
Creative & Social- Savvy – You know social media trends, editing styles, and what content grabs attention
Reliable & Proactive – You get things done independently and speak up when needed
Detail- Oriented & Organized – You stay on top of tasks, files, and timelines with minimal supervision
Curious About AI Tools – No need to be an expert; just be excited to learn!
Basic English Understanding
Currently Living in Ho Chi Minh City and able to meet in person regularly
