JOB DESCRIPTION
Implement smart productivity solutions with least friction in communication, task management, workflows via best practices in tools and techniques.
Document, streamline workflow, processes and ensure consistency, transparency across teams.
Be responsible for collecting requirements, developing and implementing workplace initiatives such as AI- enabled knowledge hub.
Ensure reporting readiness and smart collaboration by tuning reports, working files, way of working for efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate optimization projects with multiple functional and cross- functional teams, including but not limited to: Commercial, Service, Merchandise, Media, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Data & BI, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum overall GPA 3.0/4.0
Knowledge of Power Platform is a plus
Proficient in modern workplace tools: ChatGPT (Custom GPT), Microsoft 365
Efficiency mindset and optimization in mind is a MUST, strong critical thinking skills
Familiar with project management tools and techniques: Kanban board, scheduling techniques, stakeholder management, etc.
Entrepreneurial mindset- self- driven, self- motivated, can- do attitude & proactive
Has work experience or career interest in e- commerce, business strategy or technology industries.
Proficient in English & Vietnamese
"Promoter" style is an advantage- friendly, encouraging, team builder, motivator, communicator
Knowledge of any programming language is a plus
